Sarah started CrossFit to lose weight in 2012 and after losing over 30kgs she gained a whole new outlook on life deciding to become a CrossFit Trainer in 2013. She knows exactly how beginners feel and how challenging it can be to make the commitment to put yourself first. Sarah is genuinely excited and proud to see her clients reach their goals and celebrate their achievements
