All of our trainers at Capax are certified, which means they’ve been trained in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.

Sarah started CrossFit to lose weight in 2012 and after losing over 30kgs she gained a whole new outlook on life deciding to become a CrossFit Trainer in 2013. She knows exactly how beginners feel and how challenging it can be to make the commitment to put yourself first. Sarah is genuinely excited and proud to see her clients reach their goals and celebrate their achievements

Holly is an accomplished CrossFit athlete and a busy mum of 3, who understands the demands and pressures modern day mothers face on a daily basis. She brings a determined, but encouraging energy to all her clients and classes.

Ben is addicted to learning about the growth mindset and how it applies to behavioural change to improve clients diet and performance. He approaches his own training with patience and resolve and brings that same attitude to his clients.
