This program is specifically designed for their age and development giving your teen the headstart to train properly for life.
Teen Training Program
WHEN: Mondays at 4:15pm during school term.
AGES: 10-15 years
COST: $12/session when purchased for full school term.
Classes go for 45 minutes and numbers are capped at 15 per class.
Our Teens classes are specifically programmed for teens and their development. Its a brilliant way to improve strength and endurance for all thier sports while teaching them to live healthier lifestyles!
