Classes

We offer classes for every fitness level, and each class is capped at 16 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are programmed and coached to get the maximum results possible. 

 

CrossFit

Weekdays
6am, 9:30am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Saturdays
8am

By combining gymnastics, cardio and weightlifting this class will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work burning fat. The classes are all individually programmed with variety so you'll never get bored.

CrossFit Kids

Mondays
4:15 pm - 5:00 pm

 

Here, we combine fun with squats, push ups, chin ups and high energy exercises so that your child can build strength, body confidence and co-ordination in a supportive non competitive environment.

Ages 8-14

We are an "Active Kids" approved provider. Ask about how you can claim your $100 voucher with us.

Olympic Weightlifting

This class is to refine your technique in the Olympic Lifts of the Snatch & Clean & Jerk. Our certified weightlifting coach will ensure you understand how to moving the bar correctly to lift the maximum weight possible. These classes are for existing members only.

Beginners

Welcome to the perfect way to start your CrossFit experience. In these specially designed beginner classes, your personal trainer will teach you the movements and methods of CrossFit. This ensures you're safe, confident & ready to join our other members in the CrossFit classes.
